Gemeinsame Verantwortlichkeit (Art. 26 DSGVO)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Verarbeitung in der gemeinsam genutzten Plattform sind die RentAid GmbH und Rechtsanwalt David C\u0103jv\u0103nean-Feuchter gemeinsam Verantwortliche. In einer Vereinbarung ist festgelegt, wer welche Pflichten erf\u00fcllt: Die Information bei Erhebung \u00fcbernimmt die RentAid GmbH; die anwaltliche Bearbeitung verantwortet die Kanzlei allein; \u00fcber Datenumfang, Speicherdauer und L\u00f6schung wird gemeinsam entschieden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Zentrale Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr die Aus\u00fcbung Ihrer Rechte: RentAid GmbH \u2013 Datenschutz, Dr. Armin Rothemann als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, Tegeler Stra\u00dfe 12, 13467 Berlin, <\/b><a href=\"mailto:datenschutz@rentaid.legal\"><b>datenschutz@rentaid.legal<\/b><\/a> \u00a0Unabh\u00e4ngig davon k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihre Rechte gegen\u00fcber jeder der beiden Stellen geltend machen (Art. 26 Abs. 3 DSGVO).<\/p>\n<h2><b>8. Drittland\u00fcbermittlung<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Der Versand von E-Mails erfolgt \u00fcber Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Berlin, Tochtergesellschaft der Sendinblue SAS, Paris). Brevo speichert die Daten auf Servern innerhalb der EU (u.\u202fa. Frankreich und Belgien), setzt jedoch Unterauftragsverarbeiter ein, die Daten auch au\u00dferhalb der EU\/des EWR verarbeiten k\u00f6nnen \u2013 insbesondere in den USA (u.\u202fa. Cloudflare, Inc. und Google LLC\/Google Cloud) sowie in Indien (Brevo CRM Solutions Limited). Soweit dabei personenbezogene Daten in ein Drittland \u00fcbermittelt werden, ist ein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau gew\u00e4hrleistet: bei entsprechend zertifizierten US-Empf\u00e4ngern durch den Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission zum EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, im \u00dcbrigen durch den Abschluss der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln nach Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO nebst erg\u00e4nzenden Schutzma\u00dfnahmen. Im \u00dcbrigen werden Ihre Daten ausschlie\u00dflich in Deutschland bzw. innerhalb der EU\/des EWR verarbeitet.<\/p>\n<h2><b>9.
